Q: Do you have 24/7 coverage?
Yes. We can accomodate 24/7 coverage as customized per client.

Q: Do I have my own VA?
Yes. You will work closely with a Shared Project Manager as your seamless ‘single point of contact’ and he/she will be the one coordinating and managing the team. If he/she is ill, there is an automatically-assigned Secondary Shared Project Manager for you. Please note that the Shared Project Manager’s hours are billed to the client.

Q: What is the difference between having a WirewalkersVA and having a regular employee?
In our team, you can expect to find independent professionals but also entrepreneurs. You can trust us with your long-term goals and we will treat your business as if it was ours. Q: How do I receive the work deliverables?
We keep close communication with our clients through e-mail and Skype. As a matter of fact, when you subscribe to a plan, you will work closely with a Shared Project Manager. You also have access to a secure shared portal for easier collaboration. We organize your files and calendar and we could even provide you a weekly status update with time reporting if necessary.
