I want to open a small bar in barcelona. need some extra advices for planning. i have a good location and an idea.
wanted to minimized costs by doing planning myself. any advices or articles i can look at, i will appreciate. advices from other bar owners preferred!

That's a pretty broad question you're asking. If you can narrow down the question I'll take another stab at offering some advice.
In the meantime, I highly recommend Inc. Magazine, probably their website because you probably don't want them mailing you a subscription there.
